Cara Lai FitzGibbon
Cara Lai FitzGibbon discovered mindfulness during her years as an outdoor educator in New England. She has since attended numerous long-term meditation retreats which were powerfully transformative for her. Her mindfulness practice was the impetus for her move towards the mental health field, and now she works as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist in Burlington, Vermont. In 2016 she completed Facilitator II training with Against the Stream, and is currently enrolled in a 4 year teacher training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. She loves working with teens, and is a regular volunteer and retreat staff member with iBme. iBme combines all of her passions—meditation, youth, the outdoors, community, and kindness; into one beautiful package, and she is honored to be a part of it all.
